Carbon fibre bikes, quality, inspection and repair As the number of carbon fibre bikes in the market increases, the issues of how to look after these high performance machines becomes more important. Raoul Luescher, the director of Luescher Teknik Pty Ltd, which designs, manufactures, inspects and repairs composite bikes and components will show you what to look for and how identify damage to a carbon fibre bike component. Raoul will also highlight some common problems, how these can be rectified and dispel some myths on the highest performance material currently used in the bike industry.

Norm De Grandi then took the company through a growth phase to see the company move from its original Mercer Street headquarters to its present site in Moorabool Street in 1994.
