bikeTREES

Events such as Ausbike create large amounts of Greenhouse emissions and waste. We are concerned about the emissions produced from freight, flights, and driving to the expo by our exhibitors and visitors. We are introducing the bikeTREES project at this year’s Ausbike expo as a step to changing the environment for the future.

bikeTREES enables participants to be personally involved at a grassroots level. We want to influence people to ride over driving to Ausbike. Our goal is to see bikeTREES grow into an industry wide strategy to collectively reduce GH emissions. 

Ausbike has purchased 1000 trees to offset the event.
