Booking Your Stand

  • Step 1: Decide on the size and position of your stand (sq.m). Click here to view the Melbourne and Brisbane stand options.
  • Step 2: Click here for the current site sales plans. Please provide two preferences. Final stand allocation is secure once the application forms have been received by AUSBIKE. 
  • Step 3: Go directly to our online registration form (Brisbane / Melbourne). If you would prefer to FAX you application the PDF forms are available here.
  • Step 5: Once the space is allotted you will be sent confirmation of your stand number with a tax invoice requesting a 25% deposit and a due date or a 10% discount for stand payments which are received in full. AUSBIKE reserved the right to release provisional space being held after this time if the deposit is not received.

We also have a second option for international exhibitors or smaller companies wishing to participate as part of a destination. An exhibiting partner benefits from sharing a stand with another main stand holder to provide a strong presence and collaboration of services in one place. Please contact AUSBIKE directly if you have a group who are interested in attending with partners.
