Ausbike Booking Release Schedule
There are three stages for the release of booking space for exhibitors at Ausbike 2012.
Stage 1 - 2011 Exhibitors booking the same space
Stage 2 – 2011 Exhibitors wishing to book a different stand
Stage 3 – 2011 General Release
Booking Process
- Step 1. Download the Early Release Booking Information.
- Step 2. Decide if you would like to book that same size stand you occupied in 2011 or a different size stand.
- Step 3. Complete and send through you application form to secure your chosen stand. This can be done using the Stand booking Form via fax or email
- Step 4. Make deposit payment within 1 week of issue of invoice
Please note that if your initial payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice being issued, Ausbike reserves the right to release the space to other exhibitors.
