Stand Booking Information
Ausbike Booking Process
- Step 1. View the site maps to see which sites are suitable for your exhibit and products. Stand pricing and size will highlight as you hover over the map. A list of stands still available is also available to view by clicking here.
- Step 2. If you are a returning exhibitor, decide if you would like to book the same size stand you occupied in 2011 or alternatively a different size stand.
- Step 3. By clicking on the desired site on the interactive map you will then be taken to the online booking form to complete and then submit. Complete and send through your booking form to secure your chosen stand. This can also be done using the Stand booking Form via fax or by scanning and emailing.
- Step 4. Ensure you make the deposit payment within 1 week of the stand invoice being emailed to you.
Please note that if your initial payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice being issued, Ausbike reserves the right to release the space to other exhibitors.
